Work Through Today's Call Backs

This allows you to work through the call backs you have scheduled to make today. 

1.   Select Gx CRM from the toolbar. 
2.   Select Contact Details from the menu.
3.   From the Active List drop-down menu, choose Today's Call Back List.
4.   The first customer on the list will be displayed.  To view all today's call backs use the Active List drop-down menu again.  Selecting a customer from this list will open up their Contact Details if you prefer to select the order you work through your call backs. 
5.   You can make use of all the usual options in Contact Details such as recording call details, placing sales orders etc. 
6.   When you Save the customer record, you must update their call back date or delete the call back to remove them from today's call back list.  If you save without amending the call back, they will remain on today's list.  The number of calls remaining on your list for today will be displayed in the blue program name banner.
